We are introducing a new EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM so that you can benefit from referring your family, friends, and former co-workers! We’ve got open positions and you’ve got friends, so let’s put them together and bring some great new staff in the doors!
Here’s the low-down
- ANY FT referral hired for ANY open FT position will earn you $2,000 (plus an extra $500 at their year anniversary)
- ANY PT referral hired for ANY open PT position will earn you $1,000 (plus an extra $500 at their year anniversary)
- ANY PRN referral hired for ANY open PRN position will earn you $500 (plus an extra $500 at their year anniversary)

Yep, there are some restrictions
- They can’t have worked here before, including through an agency
- They have to behave. If your referral is on a written or final written disciplinary action of any kind, you don’t get the referral bonus
- They have to put your name down on the application when they fill it out
- HR staff, Directors, Presidents/Executive Directors, and Executive Staff are NOT eligible for these bonuses
