I’m excited to announce the official launch of our “Great Place to Work” survey.

We recognize all the hard work and dedication we have; we want to attract the very best talent to join our teams; we want our community members to know that they live alongside caring and engaged employees.

WE can achieve all of these goals by participating in the upcoming survey and earning the designation of 2020 Certified USA Great Place to Work.

Every response is 100% confidential and anonymous. Responses will go directly to Great Place to Work, who compiles the data, and no personal information that could identify you will be shared.

Below you will find a survey link to designate The Ohio Masonic Home and its campuses a 2020 Certified USA Great Place to Work. Once you click on the link, enter your badge number, and complete the survey.

You can take the survey on your smartphone, on your computer, on the LMS, or the training computers. They require a minimum number of completed surveys back to qualify for awards.  Therefore, it is very important that you respond to the survey.

The survey is only live until August 16th, so make sure you take the time to complete it. We will have certain days where you can grab a sweet treat and take the survey, and there will be prizes given to the campus with the highest percentage of survey takers, so get your sweet tooth ready and put your best game face on!
