Dear Staff,

We are so very proud of all the work that each of you have done during this COVID-19 pandemic.  You’ve been strong and provided exceptional care to our residents and each other and that speaks so much to who you are!

As you know, we enacted the “Essential Employee Recognition Pay” of an additional $2.00/hour for each hour worked, effective March 22, 2020 and we later extended it to run through May 2, 2020.  At this point, we have decided to continue the pay, but at an additional $1.00/hour for each hour worked versus the $2.00/hour, starting May 3, 2020, and this will run through May 30, 2020.

These are difficult times we find ourselves in and we know we will get to the other side of this pandemic. Spring is on the horizon, and with it comes the hope of warmth and sunshine and a return to a new ‘normal’.  Thank you for your caring.  Thank you for your sacrifices.  Thank you for being the best staff in the world.
